99,000 loan to insider against his supposed salary?
232,000 owned to insider as salary earned for 2007-2009?

22 Million supposed income from mining rights with US Canadian and St George Metals? Neither ever had any mining rights, just worthless paper claims. SGGM had zero actual mining in Montana as they tried to claim.
