CE = Caveat Emptor

one of my other stock (IKTO) has this...it issued billions of new shares...then its PPS dropped like crazy...for months it was trading in the .0004, 0005, etc. then last couple of week ago... the CE was removed...those who brought in at the low of 4s, 5s were able to make 5x there $. Hope that help explaining the CE question of your...
