I agree that this has turned into a clooster stuup and all the questions you asked are the ones I asked when George called me two days ago. He was not overly specific about the exact dates of everything but said the legal issuses are being resolved. As far as the SEC filing he did not try to make an excuse for it but said they are now in the process of complying. If they wanted to take the money and run then why try to report at all? If there is no company and just a shell then the report will show that. That is just a matter of paperwork. The trading will be resuming but an exact date will be announced in the near future. It is sad that they let things get to this point but it is what it is and we can either see where this goes when trading resumes or dump it at the first bell. They also said they are trying to secure the capital to execute their plan without delution. I'm like everyone else, taking what is being told me with a healthy dose of scepticism. Show me don't just tell me. I hope this helps. Its all I can tell you at this point. Not a cheerleader just greedy. I want make money, period! I am putting my money on the line because I think this could go somewhere. I may be wrong and broke or right with a healthy profit. We shall see. GLTU
