Q. what has the mngmt been up to for the last 5 months?
can the mngmt answer that?

Q. Did they not know that they have to report to SEC?
why not?
what was the reason?
was it missed due to negligence? or incompetence?

Q. CC communicaiton?
they mentioned that investors can get info by calling George or emailing [e-mail]

George does not return calls...
and
no one replies emails...

CLSC management has to come clean on what is going on behind closed doors.

They have to advise on the critical issues;
- BK case
- financial
- trading resumption

Why are these not being answered?

forget anything. what is the status of the BK case?
does anyone know?

the court has not officially confirmed that CLSC is out of BK?

this is a sad state of affairs for CLSC.
I once believed in the company..
thought that they will be able to turn the deadbeat company around.. but now I have my doubts..!!
