THERE IS A DIFFRENCE IN outstanding shares and float,in many cases even if the float is large most of the stock is held by associates of insiders and thats what i feel in this case.

I am pretty sure the case could be other wise also like for example this company might hae pumped the stock from levels of say .01 and now since thsi could e the bottom that could also be the reason the MMs not to sell shares at this cheap price,in any case every stock whether its a pump or dump or real makes a monster run which has not happened in the case of MTIZ and i expect it to happen soon
