Yeah, I'm afraid the .50-1.00 might be a bit conservative now. Never in my wildest dreams did I see this Monk's Den and dividend along with today's PR coming. I won't be sad if we say in excess of 1.00 before the end of the year, but I'll stay cool and calm as watch as EIGH/MONK (is that what we call this now) execute.
