Actually thats a very poor comparision but you are absolutely correct.....no financial institution will lend you money on your property until they have an appraisal.....real value must be proven....thats why in mining we have things like NI43-101.. resourses must be proven or we as investors can end up with BreX type situations again....I am sure none of us want that...not me
