Subject: Update on CTKH...

Things that I think I know about CTKH...

Following are opinions I have reached about CTKH based upon
conversations with JS, FH, and several large shareholders who seem to
know a lot about this company. These things may or may not be 100%
accurate. I believe they are and am making my trading decisions
based upon them. You should do your own DD before making any trading
decisions regarding this company. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR ANYTHING
without first checking these things out for yourself.

Their business plan has not changed significantly in 7 years.

They are ahead of their stated goals in their business plan.

They have 12 sintering ovens online, working 24/7.

Minimum monthly revenue from such operations is $2 million.

The projected revenues by the end of 2005 are the upper 8 digit
figures.

They have $millions in back orders.

They have $millions in the bank.

Their Poughkeepsie facility is nearly maxed out.

If they are to grow they must do so by merger or acquisition.

They are currently talking to at least 3 companies about acquisition.

The companies they are interested in are in the same general
industry, and therefore there will be minimal need for new
equipment. And many of they employees will be able to make the
transition with ease.

Besides VDC, they have been talking with companies in Upstate NY,
N.J., and Mass.

Valley Design originally was asking $8 million for their business.

That price included the added value that Cetek ceramics brought to
them. Therefore, they were asking Fayiz to pay them for value they
would not otherwise have without him. He refused.

Cetek counter offered with $800K. (Fayiz told the SHM that they were
asking ten times more than he was offering)

They have spent the last 6 months negotiating. They gap has narrowed
but is still not close enough to close the deal.

In antication of closing the VDC deal, Fayiz redesigned the website
to include the things they could do. When the negotiaions stalled,
he was forced to take the web site down. It will remain down until
the VCD deal is finished or completely fails.

Cetek is hiring sales reps, qualified workers and managers.

Until they are hired and trained, they cannot expand their operation
into other facilities.

They are not producing ceramic in any other locations except the
Commmerce St. facility.

They own the patents rights for all prototypes developed in
conjuncion with MOT prior to November 2000. But MOT has only
delivered the protoypes for the 6", 8", and 10" displays to date.
Fayiz hopes to have the remaining prototypes soon (within a few
months, no specific date given).

The current Authorized shares total is 10,005,000,000.

The current Outstanding shares total is 4,700,000,000 and change.

The current (practicle) Float is less than 2 billion shares.

There will be NO reverse split.

There will be NO increase in the Authorized shares.

There will be NO appreciable increase in the Outstanding shares.

The 500 million share buyback is complete or soon will be.

They have current business relations with GE to R7 D fuelcells.

They have a contract with a Korean company, possibly Samsung.

Fayiz wants to tell the world what he has done, but he will not do so
until everything is ready.

2005 will be our year (3rd or 4th quarter)

I do not expect to see another PR until the end of April.

I plan on selling most of my shares, and reinvesting the money in
other positions to build up my cash position. I will then take the
profit and buy more CTKS.

My goal is to be holding 10+ million shares when CTKH finally moves.

JMHO. These comments are NOT based upon clear statements by anyone
associated with CTKH. They are based in part upon reading between
the lines. Do your own DD before making any investment decision. I am
not responsible for anyone's trading decisions but my own.
