Since you are having these conversations with the brand owners and posting non-public information here (interesting practice), can you inquire as to why no one associated with the brand, from the old-timers (Lipman, etc.) to the new breed (Guido Bauer, Bradley Cox) have ever been able to generate significant, consistent revenues from this brand? They've had it for years, decades in some cases. Is it just the lack of business competence from those listed above or is there a flaw inherent to the brand that makes this impossible?

Oh, and also ask if they've gotten any hints about what the public company crooks are going to be doing with the shell.
