There are clearly two sides of this: Control of the public company and control of the current assets, the Green Globe brand, and program (assuming any of that mess can be considered an asset). Without control of the brand, which would continue to do what little it does with the people who will control it. From a shareholder perspective, it will be interesting to see what becomes of the public company. Will it become a shell for an entirely unrelated deal or...
