ofcourse it's diltuion. why do you think hundresd of thousands of shares are being sold every day? nothing else to cite but dilution. i don't trust the ceo one iota. not one. i know the game that he is playing. people need to start flooding the sec with complaints about companies like this imo. especially when there is so much publicly written stuff by management floating on the net on blogs and what have you. those kinds of writings have accountability attached to them, believe it or not. all imho
