Hey look folks,... the board action is somewhat quiet...my recent posts (& those of others) may have cooled any momo that may have been here before.
Truth is, no one will see any significant gains unless this CBO starts dealing on the level. There are any number of CEO's that smoke this fool as far as integrity, honesty, building a company et. al. & he claims to be in that elite company with words & self-proclaimed allusions to honesty... But he isn't & doesn't belong in the conversation- period!
Yesterday, his blog offered a stark example when Barton stated that "the O/S has NOT changed" & yet we called the TA & verified that it WAS CHANGED!! Have a look at his other company & you'll find a GROSS track-record of that behavior-- the dreaded D-word...DILUTION.
Forgive me but I don't want to moderate a board where the CBO (CEO or anyone other executive for that matter) thinks he/she can blatantly lie to our face & deal in underhandedness. Most things we CAN'T find out about PS companies, executives have ways of hiding their actions, but this dope thinks because he says x, y, z that we are not going to check and/or hold him accountable!! WRONG!
IT is true that I hold a small position in this company ~15% of what I can & am willing to invest here, it only representing my entry point. However, based on this clowns behaviors I will not add to my position at this time, choosing instead to see how things unfold. If he HONESTLY wants to be a man of character, he can get to work & get about the business of building this thing; I don't want to hear his nonsensical "not-too-subtle" ramblings about what a GREAT guy he is. Personally I think him a pompous self-serving A$$ and have e-mailed him this to his face, so to speak & reported the same here before.
Barton talks on his BLOG about "being thrown off iHub" meanwhile he was flagged for a TOS violation & must know if he has inquired!! Early on, he had invited me to talk to him as the moderator of this board, but I got nothing to say until he stops the nonsense & starts acting like any number of CEO's he insulted by merely suggesting he belongs in their company!! He doesn't! He hasn't had ANY success with his companies, nor brought returns to his shareholders on any significant scale, nor done much to even suggest he belongs. Words obviously come easy to this chump. Have a look at his blogs, they drone on about what he is going to do. Have a look at any number of things he recently said he would do & note how many he has fulfilled. So I don't want to hear about how great he is, when truth is-- he ain't!!
I hope everyone understands that I am looking out for the long-term well-being of current & future investors by saying all this. He has to know that we are not to be toyed with, lied to, manipulated & mis-treated.
Until such time as he starts to do what he should, i.e. get his financials in order, put up the Lone Staffing Revenues he's promised, change TA's to a FULLY DISCLOSING ONE (with the COMPLETE SHARE STRUCTURE), and actually does the WORK & heavy-lifting of a shareholder friendly executive looking to return value... I'll have to assume my money is not going to gain significant returns here & that this is just another SCAM CBO who as Shakespeare would say, "...Protesteth too Loudly"; especially when trying to deny those who would tag him as a scamster!
So far, I see where others think on him this way!!
PS- As I have said before, I am willing to contact him & take him up on his offer if the board wishes. Kindly deliver issues, discussions, questions you would like for me to ask him. I'm sure he reads this board (why would he be working when he can bask in the glory of seeing his name bandied about), but I will compile them, reach out in whatever method he allows & report back FULLY, completely, & honestly!! EVERYTHING that was said, including my opinion thereafter. I will strive to be fair & honest.
This guy has some work to do, let's see if he does it!
