They're definitely making progress towards having a name and a timeline. The PR before this one said "coming weeks" and it has been less than a month since that one. If the next one comes in another two weeks then that's six weeks, pretty much as expected. North american company, no claims over the intellectual property etc. sounds good to me!

And as for the engineering firm only designing the enclosure, come on, nobody could really believe that. I said before that there is no way they have the technology to develop the stuff inside but not the know-how to stick it all in a box. Of course the new firm needs to iron out some things and get everything working together.
