A few clarifications on the Sep. 15/16 PR's (sticky please)

1) The acquisition of Monk's Den: This is bigger than people foreign to Monk's Den think. Monkinars earlier this year had maybe 10 people signed up. They occur often, and an attendance record of 81 was set at the Atlanta Basic Monkinar. That is $81,000 in revenues alone. Monkinar class sizes have grown more than fivefold since the beginning of 2010. Furthermore, training centers such as Sylvan and New Horizons Computer Learning are publicly traded.

2) The dividend will be coming from 30% of the retained profits, not from dilution.

3) Furthermore, this means that regardless of whether it's in the form of cash or stock, the dividend will come from the retained profits, not from dilution. That is, they will convert the payment, which comes from (LET ME REPEAT) retained profits to EIGH stock, more than likely from the restricted shares. Therefore, you are getting free cash or free EIGH stock. Pick your poison

4) If the cash dividend is below .10 per share, the company reserves the right to convert it into a 10% stock dividend (let me repeat, from retained profits). That doesn't mean that it will be a stock dividend. There's a decent chance it will be if that's the case, but the company only reserves the right; that doesn't mean it won't be a cash dividend.

5) Only for the 3rd quarter! Remember the June PR about the exciting 4th quarter?

6) Unlike other pinkies, EIGH's cash divvy has a date. I was in another pinky play cash divvy, but the scam artist CEO gave empty promises and most people were smart enough to know that he wasn't giving a date! Know what you own!
