I totally agree with you "once the OTC paperwork is updated and transparent, then the CE comes down......we will have some fencesitters jumping in with new volume......"

This happened to IKTO, it used to have a CE for many months, then the CEO updated all the requires info. with the OTC, the PPS shot up 5x ...those who brought in when it was the lowest were able to make 5x last week when it was hot...(dammit, unfortunately I got in @ a very high price and still in the red...)

I have a feeling that if the CE for SMPP once remove, we will see a lot of action.
