i don't understand the dividend payment plan. on a 77,xxx,xxx float 30% of their retained profit is not nearly enough to pay $0.10 a share...unless I'm getting my calculations wrong and I'm not really understanding the share swap.

also, how is this going to cause a short squeeze? is there going to be an audit of the shares? i've known companies on NYSE who have declared dividends and their huge short positions were never covered...just wondering that aloud from someone who knows more than me.
