This is the first of multiple brands that Guard Dog is interested in acquiring over the next 12 months. The timing of any acquisition is difficult to predict, however Guard Dog is currently in ongoing discussions with a target date to complete this acquisition before January 2011. An announcement will be made once the acquisition has taken place.
