We can't discuss motive here---lets stick to facts--the FACTS are Watson stated the acquisitions increased subscriptions. He stated subs are at 50k ish to be 100kish by year end. He stated in yesterdays PR that the new acquisitions will incresae subs i.e. grow the biz. Some choose not to believe the information..so be it.
