Wait a minute, the SEC has cited the law making Sanswire culpable for the executives illegal activities.

The SEC made an unchallenged argument about the unregistered ~$1.5 M stock transfer. Law says Sanswire will have to disgorge with interest. Gulp.

Most importantly, Sanswire is still controlled by Leinwand.
