dc....I wouldn't be so sure that "no shorts post on Ihub". Also, people lose sight of the fact that the "float" is defined as shares outstanding less insider and institutional holdings. Accordingly, more than 30% of the available shares are short.

This is a very unusual situation. So unusual that (as I have mentioned several times on this board), I have to believe this is not a short position designed to profit from an over-valuation of IDCC, but a strategy to cap the price of the stock. To what end and by whom, I do not know but I believe we will find out in the relatively short-term. JMO.
