The Board would like to state that all efforts to ensure eligibility have been taken. All that
can be said is that non-eligibility is, in our opinion, neither correct nor acceptable.
Appropriate steps and actions have been instigated to address this currently
inacceptable position.

Furthermore, the company has recruited specialist Attorneys and advisors to ensure
that under any circumstance and in the face of any challenge, 8000inc will be able to
demonstrate through all means, that it is absolutely DTCC eligible. The company wlike to thank DTCC for its current assistance and guidance.
