Well man you are 100% wrong on pretty much all accounts...... No one really knows what the o/s really is so Im not sure how you can make a statement like that. There are companies that have huge o/s, a/s, and float and move well over a penny and higher. What matters here is the assets and the market cap..... The company announced no r/s because yes they are diluting the stock but as per the last umpteen pr's it has become evident that the dilution ($) is being put back into the company to move forward with more projects.....
