Sounds great, but sadly for most shareholders their investment will likely be gone, no matter what action is taken. That's the pattern with these companies. Stockholders are left warning others, but plenty still step up to buy into the next hyped deal. The public company becomes a shell, worth maybe 100K to a buyer who vends in a private company and along comes a massive reverse and a new set of characters. Hope we can avoid that here, but isn't looking good.
