STRAT TESTING and TECHNICALS

Rocky i have a question. I'm somewhat confused on the issue between terms below. Can someone expalin what each means

"TESTING THE COMUNICATIONS" described here

This means that technology was successfull in testing but what was this tested on ...on Strat ? if so wansn't that first strat and what highth ? If not on strat then what ?

"LIVE DEMOSTRATION ON JULY 13, 2004"

Did this ever took place if so wasn't this first Strat test
or was this moved to March 2005th.

Also I remember seeing somewhere detailed technical description of how stratallite will work day and night in stratoshere. Can someone post a link to it so i can read it again. I can't find it. Don't remember where i saw it.
