Google DM again. New lawsuit filed on 8-31-10 by Praxair Inc. Looks like Dennis took a huge prepayment and never delivered. The regulators responsible for enforcement are a joke. How is he able to run a public company with the remarkable history of corruption? It is not as if he under the radar; Forbes did a piece on him; every publication in Dallas has had a article on him.

Would some responsible regulator start with the contract violations his company had with the Denver Public School System in Jan. 2001? Denver public schools had severe budget problems after DM sold them contracts he had no intention of filling. He was just getting warmed up. These were not risk-welcoming investors. This was a public school system he defrauded. (He shut down the company, Aurora, immediately after news hit the papers.)
