I was estimating the additional $4 BB for wamkq to be paid in full

Your are correct on the 3 Billion for the P's but it is only 500 Million for the K's (20 Million * $25.00 = 500 Million)

So drop your estimate by 3.5 Billion until U's get paid.

($3 BB for wampq + $1 BB for wamkq)

You later on drop that to 1 Bilion which is still 500 Million too high.

$8 BB for liabilities confirmed by the debtors, to date, plus preferreds (pq and kq), plus $3 BB I am obviously fuzzy on.

I believe it is only 6.45 Billion for debt holders plus 3.5 Billion for preferreds which makes it slightly less than 10 Billion before U's start to become in the money so to speak.

Remember the market will drive the price IMO once it is shown that A>L. If it is shown that A>L is only 15 Billion the market will drive the PPS to $2.75 if it is 30 Billion then the market will drive the PPS to $11.50. IMHO

Of course covering by SHORT SELLERS & NAKED SHORT SELLERS after the revelation that A>L could push the PPS to who knows what level since no one knows how many NAKED SHORTS are out there
