It is easy. As long as you have a permanent address that you can recieve your mail then there is no need to contact the FAA. For example if you live in apartment, condo or townhouse or renting a house you might rather have it sent to your parent’s house. If you have more than one house, you probably want it the house you have had longer and visit the most.
