Good points but I disagree with your word "diluted." The stock is 73.3% beneficially held.

Bayer has paid them an upfront fee. I'm not sure that they need money to develop products at this point. Bayer will do that for them in the near term, and they will receive income from sales. So their expenses will be mostly administrative at this point, and the royalties may pay for SSRC to develop their own products.

The question as to equity financing depends on the stock price. So once SSRC hits the spotlight and gets analyzed, what will they be worth? Bayer is already working on the same process, fooling insects by disrupting their sense of smell. They think enough of Sentisearch's technology to partner with them, and on SSRC's terms, imo, in a research and product development agreement. What if it works, and there is a whole new type of green pesticide developed from this collaboration? I believe Sentisearch would have a much higher market cap than the $4.7 million it has now. Possibly much, much higher.
