Technically speaking, the chart is a nightmare. The stock hasn't breached the 200MA in all of 2010. And that 200MA is falling sharply.

Technicals really aren't bad at all.

For all the talk of "smart money" this and that, it sure as hell doesn't strike me as particularly smart to be holding a stock as it drops over 80% in value and trying to average down all the way. That actually strikes me as rather insane and self destructive. And this notion of holding this stock for 1-2-5 years?

Yep, most pennies I know of drop 80% all of the time. You must not trade much.

The dilution, which I believe is taking place,

Can you show us a link to this dilution? Mighty low volume for there to be dilution.

You guys seem willing to be content with just accepting whatever the company tells you as fact. This will not end well if you continue down this road. I see statements that the company has gotten this contract and that contract and has this association and that association and yet the company refuses to put this information out into the public sphere. Why? If it is true it is not pumping to put out a PR stating this. For a small company to have these supposed associations with much larger companies would certainly be reasonably news worthy not to mention very good for shareholders and the company...yet they refuse to make this information public in the form of a PR? Does this strike anybody as particularly insane or at least a complete disregard for the well being of the stock value and stockholders? The company claims it has been granted several contracts but they were "too small to PR" so instead chose to remain silent for nearly a year and then when they do finally release news it's nothing but a cut and past of a 6 month old Stanley PR and you guys just sit here and make excuses for them? With behavior such as this is it any wonder why this company appears to have no credibility whatsoever in the investing public?

I guess you missed the PR's from the company stating that they can only release information as allowed by primes.

You people are the stockholders and by virtue of that, you are the part owners. You need to demand that management shape up and start acting in your better interest as well as in the interest of their own credibility. Shareholders of much larger companies make demands of management, it is not unheard of. There is no reason why shareholders of a small start up can't do the same. Call them. Write to them. Shame them on facebook if need be. But do something. Anything other than nothing. It only requires willingness on your part and s small amount of organization. You call yourselves a team?..Act like one. Man up ladies...it's your money on the line and the risk of losing it all is very very real.

Some shareholder did speak up and that is why they are opening up lines of communication with shareholders. Did you hear about the CC's, newsletters, etc.

Oh, sorry to blow holes in all of your arguments, but good try in taking us to the woodshed. Better luck next time.

I almost forgot, I made a lot of money on EVRM last year and expect to do the same this year. Good night.
