You guys need a wake up call. Here it is.

Unless this company delivers something SOON this stock is in for a world of pain. Or should I say EVRM stockholders are in for a world of pain.

Technically speaking, the chart is a nightmare. The stock hasn't breached the 200MA in all of 2010. And that 200MA is falling sharply.

The stock only broke above the 50MA twice, briefly, and it just fell below it again.

The stock is down more than 50% since Dec 31, 2009. It's down a little more than 87% since the October 2009 high.

For all the talk of "smart money" this and that, it sure as hell doesn't strike me as particularly smart to be holding a stock as it drops over 80% in value and trying to average down all the way. That actually strikes me as rather insane and self destructive. And this notion of holding this stock for 1-2-5 years? PLEASE!!!!!!!! That just about takes the cake! In stocks timing is everything and if you're too early or too late you lose. And if anyone here is saying you need to hold this for 1-5 years, then what they are really saying is that they are 1-5 years off on their timing. Too early and too late have one thing in common: They are both dead wrong!

I see people posting observations that the buys outnumber the sales and the price keeps dropping...and many theories abound as to what the explanation for this is but nobody dares suggest the most obvious likely reason for this: Dilution. Plain and simple. Many many times most, if not all, the buys that go through can be attributed to someone on this board, yet rarely does anyone raise their hand and say "I sold it all today". Yet the price keeps falling. Something here just doesn't smell right. It doesn't ad up. It is not unreasonable to assume that most of the holdings of the public float in this stock can be traced right to this board. You certainly won't find this stock being talked about on any other website anywhere. None. Only here. This lack of public awareness of the stock is incredibly detrimental to it's price. I hope you realize that. The dilution, which I believe is taking place, does not have to be completely destructive to the value of the stock providing there is enough interest in the stock to absorb the new shares that are being sold. You need new blood because quite frankly, you guys seem to have been bled to death.

You guys seem willing to be content with just accepting whatever the company tells you as fact. This will not end well if you continue down this road. I see statements that the company has gotten this contract and that contract and has this association and that association and yet the company refuses to put this information out into the public sphere. Why? If it is true it is not pumping to put out a PR stating this. For a small company to have these supposed associations with much larger companies would certainly be reasonably news worthy not to mention very good for shareholders and the company...yet they refuse to make this information public in the form of a PR? Does this strike anybody as particularly insane or at least a complete disregard for the well being of the stock value and stockholders? The company claims it has been granted several contracts but they were "too small to PR" so instead chose to remain silent for nearly a year and then when they do finally release news it's nothing but a cut and past of a 6 month old Stanley PR and you guys just sit here and make excuses for them? With behavior such as this is it any wonder why this company appears to have no credibility whatsoever in the investing public?

You people are the stockholders and by virtue of that, you are the part owners. You need to demand that management shape up and start acting in your better interest as well as in the interest of their own credibility. Shareholders of much larger companies make demands of management, it is not unheard of. There is no reason why shareholders of a small start up can't do the same. Call them. Write to them. Shame them on facebook if need be. But do something. Anything other than nothing. It only requires willingness on your part and s small amount of organization. You call yourselves a team?..Act like one. Man up ladies...it's your money on the line and the risk of losing it all is very very real.

This board has somewhat captured my imagination in that, and please don't take this too personally, I see you all making every mistake in the book with regard how to manage a stock holding. I'm curious to see this play out.

Don't become a cautionary tale. It's up to you.

good luck.

PS: I have no doubt the usual suspects here will slam this post and ridicule it and whatever...I don't really care. I don't have a dog in this fight. I'm just tossing out my two cents on my spare time. Quite frankly, I haven't seen one worthwhile plan of action here by anybody. Waiting is not a plan. Hoping is not a plan. Those are the things you do when you don't have a plan. those are the things you do when you lack the courage to stand up for yourself. Nobody will stop robbing you simply because you say "please don't rob me".
