Suppose Urban is found guilty and gets 7 to 15 years. If his sentence is on the lower end he will be 60 years old when release. That's not bad but, if he receives 15 years he will be just short of 70 years old when release. Depending on genetics Urban could still have a good life after prison. In fact, considering the hard core lifestyle of drinking, women and gambling he has lead, maybe jail could extend his life by a few years.

To assume Urban will die in jail if found guilty is just wishful thinking on the part of some people. IMO, if Urban does his time and is released from jail it is a second chance for him to lead a honest life.
