Hello All,

I spoke with Dennis Smith this morning. Dennis assured me there is a considerable amount of activity to get the funds released. Every legal means available will be used until the funds are in the control and possession of the Shareholders. Re-file is an option, but in the present situation not necessary. Attorney Hodges is determined and confident.

No one could have predicted or expected the release would take this long. This is an economic battle of monumental proportions that will instantly propel many Shareholders, their associates, friends, and family members into unchartered waters. The responsibilities will be great and for most untested. The consequences will be profound Worldwide for many generations. We made it this far. There is not far to go to have it made. Thank you.

I was contacted yesterday and advised to monitor the board by a source who advised me of the Deli Shares in the past. I was informed that a set up for more Deli Shares was in the making. I am constatantly informed that the the plaintiffs are recovering the money they invested in this stock. There is always a reply that this is not worth it for Al Hodges. If you total up the shares among the plaintiffs and a percentage of that going to the attorney, it is an eye opener. It was pointed out to me yesterday to read the post by Deli waiting on Monday to give an answer on selling shares. It is believed that this is a weekend pump for anxious buyers to buy when Deli come back and start selling shares next week. That is an indication that time will be aloud next week before the refile to market and sell shares.

I am a shareholder and wish the best for everyone . But I do not want anybody suckered into buying shares when this saga is sitting idle. I was a believer in Bob and is trying to hold on. I am informed that Bob is the painted up right one and to win over current and future shahreholders, a picture of him on his post with the jet/plane is a marketing tool. I am also informed that Al Hodges knew that he was going to ask for the extension on August 2...and my question was why? was it to buy more time to dump shares or is it part of the plan... I hope that this is not true. Like I said, I am a shahreholder and willing to hear any comments or advise on this matter.
