This is also Cancer Awareness Month and Children's Cancer Awareness Month. There were multiple TV Special Shows on tonight on Stand up to Cancer, both Canadian and American. They were on all the network channels, 7 - 9 pm EST. Star-studded, many TV ads in advance. Entertainers' rallying the troops to fight cancer.

Don't know if any of them mentioned anything about stem cell research or treatment as I had gone into my regular evening vegetative state and wasn't watching.

Good lead up into health care reform and stem cell research, as election campaign season starts up.
