a shareholder meeting wont do us any good...
Fact: we dont have enough shares to vote out the board!!!

We need 50.01% and we dont have it according to my calculations --
esply when DB has a huge share in wmi -- and do you think DB will vote his shares in our way when esply he has been non-existant in any shape or form... guys - he owns the bonds!!! and could care less of the shareholders!!! He wins with the bonds!! and with this in mind I think the judge realizes this as well --- have a meeting will be pointless !!!

look at the three top holders and you will see ---

What we need is a trustee!!! not a shareholder meeting!!

we get a court appointed trustee to overlook the estate and then we get stability and the games will stop!
