Owned this one several years ago.. It was range trading about 0.30 to 0.65 and earned over 0.25 per share.... I held over 50,000 shares and placed it and ACRG and PHFR into my grandkids college fund... I really hated the management because of inside, self dealing tranactions for real estate and Drug companies... As it was trading at less than two times earnings I did not sell the position... On the way up I sold most for them between 3 and 7 with the 4000 that was left being sold at 12... I never trusted them then and I see nothing to change my mind... I really am surprised to see that they won a law suit... The kids owe a lot to IND and ACRG which they still own 60,000 shares... Even PHFR became an 8-bagger but not one share has been sold... Personnally I sold over 30,000 (one third of my position,,, all sold for a 10 bagger) shares of ACRG this month but that was for tax reasons mostly...None will be sold during the rest of the year...The last press release that I read on IND is nothing less than I would expect except much later ..... It's one I really hated but almost payed for 5 college educations,,,GO FIGURE..
