I don't read it that way, doesn't matter how many shares are outstanding of each, it should be that each share of Class A is treated the exact same as a share of Class B, doesn't matter how many shares are outstanding of each, there is no pro rata language in there, your interpretation doesn't really make any sense.

They should both be at the exact same PPS.
