So my thinking is that Even though on 95% of cases
trxaq =trxbq there could be a case in Article 4 section 5
that would allow for the recovery granted to class 7
(Shareholders of trx aq and bq )to allocate that classes compensation equally by shareholder class .So with
22,889,431 of B out and 19,107367 of A out , .A shares would get
1.19 * Bshares after all said and done .Eventhough total dolllars
to each share class is the same /per share compensation is different .I suppose shareholders of B could take it to a vote .
But My Spidey sense tells me that that doesnt usually happen
once the plan is agreed to . Any body agree with this interpretation? Comments welcome and needed.
