It's all BS news IMHO. This stock is nothing more than a leverage tool used by MM's and the owners. Investors are the last thing on their minds. Even with supposed contract news this pps is in the dumps. They got volume for the MM's to play their .0001 spread but investors were locked out.
You can buy at anything over .0001 but you have to be satisfied selling for a loss after that. You can buy @ .0002 or even .0003 but they won't fill your order unless it's for a loss. JMHO
