Ain't no room for Al to wiggle off the hook now! There is way to much in written form..

Yep! Al has backed himself into a corner and some people want truthful answers now. The emails where Al was begging for evidence was an eye opener for some folks. It must also be quite disturbing to some that the plaintiffs who were allegedly recruited by Hodges claim they have never seen any evidence allege in the lawsuit.

We will be suponeaing the records of Tyler and of Mr. Al Hodges himself along with any other people that have been involved with this stock. Mr Peter Mahue, Don Stocklein, Mark Faulk, Kevin West and Urban Casavant himself.


Let me make myself perfectly clear, seems some can't read. My intention is not to go after the government.There has not been any clear evidence that their is even a case agnaist the government. There is no evidence of a trust fund, money's collected for shareholders if anyone has 100% proof of that please post it here for everyone to see.

I will keep this short and sweet for the time being. I have retained the services of my own attorney, the current attorney representing 7 shareholders has until the 17th of this month to produce something to the shareholder base that gives us definite proof that this is coming to an end.

I have retained the services of a retired states attorney and semi-retired attorney of his own practice for the last 25 years. I have provided him with information of this stock for the last 3 months knowing that I and the rest of the shareholder base would continue to be jerked around with no definite outcome in the upcoming future.

My attorney is intrigued with what has been provided for him and is willing to work on a contigency basis knowing that it is possible that no financial gain will come to him. He is basically retired and widowed and willing to help me as a personal favor to put an end to this circus and find answers for me which I will provide to the rest of the shareholder base as it comes available.


We will be suponeaing the records of Tyler and of Mr. Al Hodges himself along with any other people that have been involved with this stock. Mr Peter Mahue, Don Stocklein, Mark Faulk, Kevin West and Urban Casavant himself.

Tyler has had 5 years and have drug their feet along with AH and enough is enough. I will not be standing down and all information obtained will be communicated to shareholders. This will come to an end one way or the other.

For those not happy with my actions, I don't care. I am tired on contiuations, high up sources and all the other crap that has transpired over the last 7 years. My actions will be put into motion and move very quickly according to my attorney. I want closure and will get closure on my own terms and put CMKX to rest one way or the other. Hopefully the information we find will put forth a financial windfall for all shareholders, and if it doesn't then I and the rest of us can close the final chapter on this never ending story.

My attorney and myself's intention is to gather evidence (if there is any) to put this thing to rest one way or the other. 8 years people and we have no idea what this stock is all about. Was it a scam, a sting or just something for people to sit around in chat rooms and talk about. Those answers will be found out in the near future.

We have been told for years to just sit back and let things happen. Guru after guru have come in these rooms and have told us of great wealth upon us. Excuse after excuse has also followed those predictions. I know none of these people hence trust none of these people, that includes KW, AH and anyone else involved in this stock.

AH filed his suit 8 months ago and still nothing. The tyler bunch has been at this for 5 years and still nothing, the buck stops here. I will not sit around for another 5 years with predictions of next week or listen to anymore excuses of why things haven't transpired yet.

I like you have the right to any thing that pertains to this stock, there is not just 7 shareholders in this company. From what I read none of the 7 plaintiffs no any more than you or I, this will change. Closure is a must at this point, this has gone on long enough. I don't care what anyone thinks I myself have had enough and have the resources and the people behind me to put an end to what ever CMKX is or was. Like I said have a great Labor Day weekend and enjoy yourselves, I will keep shareholders updated on my process.
