I posted this over on RB for Sebass -- but guess it should go here for all the new investors and those unfamiliar with the way the system works.
By the way, GTEL has been consistently late in filing -- usually less than five days for years. Only for the last couple of reports have they finally filed on time. It's become something of a joke for the old timers, although it is awfully irritating. I've exchanged emails with Tim Huff about it. They seem to have got on schedule now though-- we'll see when the March 15th year in report is due -- as you'll notice, Rocky always says, "it's due the 15th but could ome out as late as the 31st!"
Calm down sebasss -- GTELE is simply GTEL with an "E" added, which is done when a company misses the filing deadline. We've been GTELE three or four times, and that is our trading symbol until the filing is made. One of the dreaded events is to get an "E" attached to your ticker symbol because it suggests you might be having trouble. The point here is though, it's a ticker symbol that GTEL has used in the past when we filed late, and it keeps hanging around out there. It really means nothing, and is NOT another company.
