Once a license is received and production starts, overall production will likely triple from what it was at the end of the last quarter. Am raising my target price from $9 to $13 (approximately double the current price). Their new plays are really paying off. Market had started to dismiss last months's major discovery as unrepeatable, but this is a game changer.
