DO you think the BioH is worth more than $4M.......if yes, you now know why SL is looking for any way to SELL his invention to someone who has tens of millions to offer, XMDC though it was worth $25M, plus benefits.

For XMDC to get BioH assets, PL needs to have an APA that is a legal contract, to FORCE, by law, SL to give assets. Which also means SL needs to be given Rshares for the assets, and be designated CEO of XMDC---who sees PL and SL working together EVER again?

Why does SL needs to be given R shares? I figure that's something they'll have to hammer out in court. I gaurantee PL will do whatever it takes to keep SL out of the picture.
