My understanding is they want to stay pink and never quite go thru bankruptcy if criminal activity is intended.
One concern I have from here would be the likelyhood of a R/S to "undilute". What easier way to sell millions of shares for thousands of dollars, and then 100 to 1 R/S with maybe 10 or 20 % pps increase! My "Nightmare on W. Sahara, Nev." worst case scenario!
I guess then we could all feel like we would be "super-prefered" share-holders!! Part of the legendary "NNOS Superfriends"!!!
