Interesting from that PR back in Jan of 09'

It said it is considering "one or more options to create value for stakeholders,"including a possible sale of the business, and said it had negotiated $125 million worth of debtor-in-possession financing from a group of lenders led by GE Capital.

Do your own DD!! And don't ask anyone when news is coming out or what price will it go up to!
