I just took a couple of your surveys.

A suggestion for your demographics survey:

Under "Education," the only choice for a doctorate level degree is "PhD," which stands for Doctor of Philosophy. I selected that option as closest to my JD (Doctor of Laws). There are several other doctorate level degrees in other areas such as medicine - MD or DO, psychology - PsyD, Education - EdD, etc.

To avoid confusion, I suggest replacing "PHD" with "Doctorate."
