Yes, he told you the dilution was over, when it wasn't.

My opinion is I don't see enough revenue here to prop the PPS up much over .02 without reverse split at least within the next 1-3 years.

My hopes are that I'm wrong and this thing will skyrocket, but so far there is no evidence of that going to happen anytime soon outside of another pump and dump as we saw in January. The anticipated closing of BioCells is not generating any interest whatsoever.
