NOK's scatter gun approach had five legal actions going at once.

They've now lost two relatively minor skirmishes, and could see another loss next week, in NC.

That would leave Delaware and the UK.

Although far larger battles, it would appear that neither will affect the arb. decision.

This leaves NOK with little but legal fees and egg on their face, in the first three rounds.
