Now we have to wonder how Judge Lynn's unsealed documents orignially designated for arbitration purpose will affect the UK case. Today's PACER can't really be considered as a win for IDCC since Nokia now gets the permission to use those documents (before filing the suit in sherman, texas, they can't use them in UK court). Currently we don't know if that's all Nokia wants for UK court or just part of what they want.

On the other side, if those documents can be of any use for patent validility case in UK court, The use of the same documents by arbitation suggested that validility of those patents had also been examined by the arbitration. So a favorable win for IDCC in arbitration should be considered a big blow to Nokia's UK case. IMO.
