There Are Two Options Now For Jeff Turnbull:

1) Convert the note to as many USOG shares as possible and consider the note satisfied in full. Price goes thru the roof. The $4,000,000 is nothing.

2) Simply extend the note in time.

These two items, both, will cause the stock price to rise.
