I just ordered parts from TigerDirect to build a computer. The case came dented which I let go, but then I couldn't get the motherboard/cpu to work. They are sending me another cpu (and charging me) and will credit my account after they "verify" the old one is the problem. So.......depending on how this shakes out will depend if I order from them again.
